Sally-Ann Krzyzaniak started out as a nutritionist, responsible for the development of nutritional recommendations for product delivery to meet targeted consumer requirements, development and approval of scientific dossiers to substantiate product claims, and development and management of human nutritional studies – particularly in the fields of sports nutrition, diet and cognition, and diet and sleep. She worked as Head of Regional Scientific and Regulatory Affairs at PureCircle and has now assumed the position of Director of Regulatory and Scientific Affairs at Tate & Lyle PLC.
